- Day 1.Nairobi Samburu
- Depart Nairobi in the morning heading north via shoulder of
mount Kenya to Samburu Game reserve to arrive in good time for
lunch at Samburu sopa lodge
Day 2.Samburu Game reserve
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast, Mid-morning game
viewing, Afternoon game view drive . Meals and overnight at sopa
lodge
There is a wide variety of animal and bird life seen at Samburu
Game Reserve,Several species are considered unique to the
region,All three big cats, lion, cheetah and leopard, can be found
here, as well as elephants, buffalo and hippos.All three big cats,

ostrich, grey-headed kingfisher, sunbirds, bee-eaters, marabou
stork, tawny eagle, bateleur, vulturine guineafowl, yellow throated
spurfowl, lilac-breasted roller, palm nut vulture, red-billed
hornbill, secretary bird, Verreaux's eagle, superb starling,
yellow-billed hornbill and vultures.

at Lake Naivasha will be in time for a delicious lunch at the
Lake Naivasha Country Club or similar. The remainder of the
afternoon will be at your leisure, with the opportunity of going
on a nature walk, hiring a boat to take you the famous Crescent
Island, or simply relaxing by the swimming pool. Dinner and

- Day 4.Hells
Gate Mara
- After breakfast depart from our Nairobi for a journey south along
the floor of the Great Rift valley to Hell's Gate National Park

Hell's Gate National Park is a tiny park located between Lake
Naivasha and Longonot and Suswa volcanoes and it is an ideal venue
for a weekend retreat far from the urban life of Nairobi. The park
provides a variety of wildlife, unusual flora and many species of
birds and is one of the only two Kenyan Parks where climbing,
walking and biking are allowed. Animals seen here include Bushbucks,
Dikdiks, Gazelles, Gnus, Hartebeests, Impalas, Klipspringers,
Buffaloes, Hyraxes, Zebras, Hyenas, Jackals, Mongooses, Baboons,
Monkeys and Porcupines amongst others
The park has historically been an important home for the rare
lammergeyer vultures. over 103 species of birds have been recorded
in this park, including vultures, Verreaux's Eagles
- In the afternoon depart for the Masai Mara
game viewed enroute Mara Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.

05&06: Masai Mara Game Reserve

days spent exploring the park in search of the big 5 - Optional
balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it
is difficult to
believe:
over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will
easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe,
wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild
dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It
is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the
natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of
millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania)
in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the
predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena
and vultures.

Day 7 Masai Mara - Nairobi-Amboseli
Depart after breakfast and drive to Amboseli at the foot of the
snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. with game
viewing enroute to the Lodge.. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli
Serena Lodge
Day 8: Amboseli National Park
A full day in this photogenic park. Morning and afternoon game
drives. Meals and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge . Amboseli means ‘the place
of water’ in
Maasai language. The park has an endless supply of water which is
filtered through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mount
Kilimanjaro. Animal species seen include elephant, zebra,
wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopard. Over 400 species of birds
occur in the park includes pelican, bee eater, kingfisher, African
fish eagle and pygmy falcon.
Day 9: Amboseli-Tsavo west
After an early breakfast depart for Tsavo West National Park which
lies roughly half way between Nairobi and the Coast. Mzima Springs,
the chief marvel here is a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodiles.
Picnic lunch then proceed for an evening game drive to see large
herds of elephants, buffalo, common waterbuck, eland, rhino and a
wide variety of antelope. Dinner and overnight at Klilaguni Serena
Day 10:Tsavo west Tsavo East
Early morning game drive return to your lodge for breakfast, after
breakfast leave for Tsavo East which is renowned for its large
numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions Game en route
Via Aruba Dam to Voi safari lodge .Check in and have lunch at your
lodge. In the afternoon, another game drive at the park later dinner
and overnight at Voi safari lodge
Day 11:Tsavo East Mombasa
Early morning game drive. Soon after breakfast we proceed to Mombasa
arriving at 1400 hrs.Drop off at a beach hotel to start a beach
holiday.
Day 12 Mombasa.
Full day at leisure or enjoying optional beach activities,Dinner and
overnight at Bamburi Beach hotel/Whitesands beach hotel.
Day 13 & Day 15.Mombasa.
Another full day in Mombasa enjoying optional beach
activities,dinner and overnight at Bamburi Beach hotel/Whitesands

Day 14.Nairobi-Fly out
Morning at leisure,afternoon transfer to the airport for flight to
Nairobi
