Guarantee departure/price

Unlike most other tour companies, who will hike price or cancel the trip altogether, Capital Safaris guarantees departure for any confirmed safari as long as we have received deposits.  Our safaris depart with a minimum of 2 pax unless where specifically indicated on pricing .

 

Customer care

To have the best safari experience possible, you require a well-oriented customer care people. All our staff members are well trained in customer service and continuously undergo refresher courses in customer care and safety. In the unlikely event, each of our staff will provide an adequate solution immediately.

 

Client’s Safety

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we advise that visitors take full travel insurance in their countries. Further cover can be obtained from the Flying Doctors Service in Nairobi upon payment of US$30.00 valid for 2 weeks and US$ 50.00 valid for 1 month. This ensures evacuation ONLY by an air ambulance in the event of an emergency such as illness. The Flying Doctors Service does not cover treatment or hospitalization expenses. We highly recommend that you get accident/medical insurance

Vehicles and driver/guides

Unlike other operators, we boast of having a fleet of safari minibuses/land Rover/Cruisers at your disposal. They are equipped for luxurious game viewing, photography and touring. We guarantee window-seating for each passenger. Each of the vehicles is fitted with VHF radio communication to help us get in touch with each driver/guide anytime in any location. Besides, each driver/guide has cell phone connection which will enable him to contact us at any given moment.

We provide knowledgeable and professional guides, tour leaders & tour managers who speak English and really know and love their country will accompany you throughout your tour. They will also be there to help smooth out any unlikely wrinkles along the way.

We also provide Spanish, Japanese, Italian, German, French and other foreign language speaking guides/tour leaders on request. A supplementary cost might be involved.
