6 Days Amboseli to Maasai Mara Lodge Safaris

Day 01: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
07.30 a.m. Depart Nairobi for Amboseli situated at the foot of the snow capped Kilimanjaro arriving for lunch. Afternoon game drives, dinner and overnight at Kibo safari camp or Serena Lodge

Day 02: Amboseli National Park
Another full day in Amboseli with game drives, all meals and overnight at the lodge as before. [optional visit to the Masai Villages -extra cost]

Day 03: Amboseli National Park– Lake Nakuru
Early breakfast and depart via Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch. Afternoon proceed on for game viewing on the Lake to see the flamingos often described as the "worlds greatest birds spectacle". You will also see the buffalo, lions, rhinos and many other plains game. Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge or similar.

Day 05: Masai Mara
Morning and afternoon game drive, with an optional balloon ride [extra cost], all meals and overnight at Keekerok Lodge or Sopa Lodge

Keekerok Lodge

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 06: Masai Mara -Nairobi
Pre breakfast game drives then drive to Nairobi via Narok to arrive by 1400 hrs where the tour ends
