5 Days - Sirimon | Chongoria Traverse

Day 01:
09:00 a.m - Transfer from your hotel to Sirimon Park Gate 2600m. Meet your guide & porters en route and proceed together to the park gate for picnic lunch. Start the hike through the moorland to Old Moses camp 3300m for dinner and overnight [3 hours]

Day 02 :
Breakfast and hike gradually to Shipton’s Camp 4200m for dinner and overnight [5-6 hours]

Day 03: Pre-dawn attempt Pt. Lenana 4985m and descend to Mintos/Hall tarn area for overnight in tents 4300m [5 hours]

Day 04 :
Breakfast and then descend to Chogoria Park Gate with picnic lunch for dinner and overnight in Meru Mount Kenya Bandas [5 hours]

Day 05 :
After breakfast descend leisurely through the Chogoria forest to connect with your transfer vehicle back to Nairobi. Lunch en route.
